Join Your Nature Network and Metro for a restorative wellness event designed to support the health and well-being of BIPOC individuals. This event is an opportunity to nurture your wellness, connect with community, and embrace self-care in a supportive environment. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in the activities below. Registration is required. Please register below to save your spot.

Meditation and Sound Bath

Experience deep relaxation through guided meditation coupled with soothing sound bath vibrations to calm the mind and body.

Ceremony

Co-create an intentional space to share presence, hearts, and spirit. In addition to an opening meditation and sound bath, we will do a letting-go ceremony by the river and close with tea.

Guided Nature Walk

Connect with the outdoors on a peaceful, guided walk through old growth trees.

Snacks Provided

Enjoy a selection of healthy snacks to nourish your body throughout the event.

Reflection, Processing, and Integration

Journals will be provided for participants to jot down thoughts and feelings, with optional sharing before we depart.

Transportation Vouchers Available

To ensure accessibility, transportation vouchers will be offered to participants who need assistance getting to and from the event.

Optional Feedback Survey

As a thank you for your participation, attendees who complete a feedback survey will receive a $50 gift card.
