She is tall. She is dramatic. She falls straight off a cliff like she knows she’s that waterfall. Come on this weather inspired hike to seize some beautiful late winter vibes with the first BIPOC outing of 2026!
Let’s get grounded, a little muddy, and maybe lightly misted as we hike together to Latourell Falls. Expect moss-covered basalt cliffs, roaring spring water, bright green everything, and that full-body reset that nature gives us.
After a short group introduction and grounding exercise at the trailhead, we’ll set off on this 2.5-mile loop. We’ll move at a pace that promotes peace, ease, and presence.
This hike is rated moderate. There’s approximately 600+ feet of elevation gain, including some steeper switchbacks and uneven, sometimes muddy terrain. Know your body and move within your limits. We’ll take breaks as needed.
Wear hiking boots or athletic shoes with solid traction. Dress for classic Gorge mood swings. Bring water, snacks, and whatever helps you feel steady and comfortable on the trail.
We will meet at the Latourell Falls parking lot at 9:45 AM and begin our hike at 10 AM. Well behaved dogs are welcome!
