Captured mostly through the grainy, analog lens of a disposable cameras, these images are a window into three days at Oxbow Regional Park for our Come Back to the Land retreat. Made possible by a Metro community grant, 18 Queer and BIPOC community members gathered to put their phones away, sink their feet into the soil, share meals, make art, and simply exist together. Unplugged, unhurried, and fully held by the forest and each other.
